The Income Blogging Guide, written by Andrew Rondeau and Joel Williams, has helped me immensely in setting up my blog site, Nursing Comments. The materials include how to set up your blog, themes you might consider for your blog, establishing your own ‘niche’, getting the appropriate domain and hosting carrier AND probably the most important – making money with your blog.
